“He Won’t Fail”

Focus:
Trusting the God who keeps every promise and never leaves His children
Scripture References (NIV):
• Deuteronomy 31:6 — “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”
• Joshua 21:45 — “Not one of all the Lord’s good promises to Israel failed; every one was fulfilled.”
Devotion:
He Won’t Fail is a declaration of confidence in the God who has never broken a promise. When the song proclaims, “He will not leave you,” it reminds us that God’s presence is not conditional. He does not walk away when life becomes difficult. He does not withdraw when we feel overwhelmed. He stays. He covers. He carries. His faithfulness is not based on our strength but on His unchanging character. Because He is with us, we can face every season with courage and peace.
The lyric, “Give it to Jesus,” calls us into surrender. God never intended for us to carry burdens alone. When we place our worries, fears, and struggles in His hands, He responds with wisdom, strength, and supernatural peace. The song continues, “He keeps every promise,” echoing the truth that God’s word is unfailing. Every promise He has spoken is backed by His power and sealed by His integrity. He has never failed, and He will not start now. What He has spoken over your life will come to pass.
As you reflect today, let your heart rest in the assurance that God is faithful. He sees you. He hears you. He is with you. Nothing you face is beyond His ability, and nothing you carry is too heavy for His hands. Trust Him with every concern. Surrender every burden. Stand on every promise. He will not fail you.
Reflection:
1. What burden do you need to give to Jesus today
2. Which promise from God do you need to stand on with renewed confidence
Prayer:
Lord, thank You that You will not fail me. Thank You for staying with me, carrying me, and keeping every promise You have spoken. I give every burden to You, and I choose to trust Your unfailing faithfulness. Strengthen my heart as I stand on Your word. Amen.
Action Steps:
1. Speak this aloud today: “God will not fail me.”
2. Write down one promise from Scripture that you will hold onto this week.
3. Share this devotion and the song “He Won’t Fail.”
Remember:
He has never failed, and He will not start now.
