He Said He Would

11/24/25, 1:00 PM

Inspired by:
“Won’t He Do It”
Koryn Hawthorne

Focus:
Trusting God’s promises with unwavering faith, even when the outcome is not visible yet

Scripture References (NIV):

• Numbers 23:19 — “God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?”

• Psalm 62:8 — “Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.”

Devotion:
When God speaks, it is not a suggestion—it is a promise. Koryn Hawthorne’s Won’t He Do It is a faith anthem for every believer who’s holding on to a word from God. “He said He would, so I trust Him at all times.” It’s not a lyric, it’s a lifestyle.

God does not need reminders. He does not forget. And He never fails. Even when the wait feels long or the battle feels heavy, His Word still stands. Today, choose to trust Him—not just when it is easy, but at all times. Because if He said it, He will do it. Won’t He?

Reflection:
1. What promise from God are you holding onto right now?
2. How can you strengthen your trust in Him today, even before the answer comes?

Prayer:
Lord, You said You would—and I believe You. I trust You at all times, in all things. Strengthen my faith and help me stand on Your promises with confidence and peace. Amen.

Action steps:
1. Write down one promise from God’s Word that speaks to your current season and declare it daily.
2. Say aloud: “He said He would—so I trust Him at all times.”
3. Share this devotion and the song “Won’t He Do It” with someone who needs a reminder of God’s faithfulness.

Remember:
If He said it, He will do it. And if He has done it before, He will do it again.
